The social and environmental context of recent years was marked by the effects of the pandemic in 2020. This was an even greater challenge for the Company, considering the importance of a continuous supply of energy. Given this scenario, Enel Chile took on the challenge with its internal and external stakeholders, designing sustainable solutions that would guarantee operational continuity, care for people, and assistance to vulnerable communities, in line with the protection of the environment in the places where it operates. Beyond the pandemic, these trends are aligned with the action plans that the company executes in each of its areas.

The ultimate goal of the Sustainability Plan is to create value for all the Company's stakeholders over the long term.

In 2020, the economic value generated by Enel Chile was Ch$ 2,634,561 millions. The economic value distributed was Ch$3,004,971 millions, which was distributed among the stakeholders according to the following proportion:
