  • Enel Chile held more than 260 meetings with investors in 2020, attending eight conferences and nine roadshows, both local and international.
  • 95% average director attendance at regular and special meetings.
  • Functions related to sustainability, including climate change, were delegated by the Board of Directors to Enel Chile's Directors' Committee.
  • Approval of new risk taxonomy, with 6 macro categories and 37 subcategories: Strategic, Governance and Culture, Digital Technology, Compliance, Operational and Financial.
  • Updating of the Criminal Risk Prevention Model, according to the amendments of Law 20,393, which incorporated a crime related to the prevention and protection of workers' health.
  • Certification of the Anti-Bribery Management System in accordance with the ISO 37,001 standard for Enel X Chile, Enel Green Power Chile and Geotermina del Norte.
  • 42 trainings for 1,306 people, and 72 communication activities on anti-corruption issues.
  • 19 complaints received in the Ethics Channel.
  • Through Institutional Relations, we addressed the effects of Law No. 21,185, which consists of establishing a Stabilized Regulated Customer Price (PEC), and Law No. 21,249, which provides - exceptionally - measures in favor of end users of electricity, sanitary and gas network services, among others.
  • Fourth Due Diligence process in Human Rights, identifying 47 situations, 18 situations discarded. 25% of findings related to Covid-19.
  • 31 thousand hours of training on sustainability issues, including Human Rights.
