Pilmaiquén Hydroelectric Power Plant

Located 956 km south of Santiago, 45 km from the city of Osorno. The power plant sells its energy and capacity to Codelco and Spot Market, as well as to one of the largest milk processing companies, under a medium-term power purchase agreement. The plant is connected to the Central Interconnected System (SIC) through its own 43 km transmission line.
