Electro-dependent

Enel Distribución has a specific protocol for providing personalized and prompt assistance to registered electro-dependent patients in case of an emergency.

Enel Distribución has over 320 home generators and lithium batteries to assist electro-dependent individuals. Around 100 of these units are provided to municipalities to be managed, assigned, and installed in patients' homes in the event of a power supply failure. Registered electro-dependent patients have access to preferential telephone assistance.

The company has a specific registration process that customers can access through its website or sales offices. The registration form requires the patient's name and address. Clients also need to provide the patient's medical certificate, which specifies the equipment they need to remain connected to.
