Santiago, September 28, 2018. Enel Chile informs that Raffaele Grandi submitted his resignation to the Company’s administration, finance, and control department, which will become effective on November 1. The executive, who held that position for more than three years, will take on new tasks in the Enel Group. The board has appointed Marcelo Antonio De Jesus in his place.
The Company’s CEO, Nicola Cotugno, thanked Raffaele Grandi for his work. "Raffaele Grandi has played a key role in the reorganization process, called the Elqui Plan, which involved a corporate reorganization to merge the Chilean assets of Enel Green Power Latin America S.A. into Enel Chile and a successful takeover bid for the controlled Enel Generación. He also led an important financial restructuring that was well valued by our shareholders and investors, which ended with a successful issuance of the first bond of Enel Chile in the North American market for a value of one billion dollars. Without a doubt, he will continue to play a relevant role in the upcoming challenges he assumes for the Enel Group," he said.
