By definition a free client is one which power is greater than 5000 KW and those which connected power is greater than 500 KW can choose to become free clients, in a 4-year contract with a supplier. In compliance with the requirements, if a client decides to go from being a regulated client to becoming a free client, they must send a notice letter 12 months in advance and the regime they choose will be established for 4 years.
