Ingrid Castillo holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Santo Tomás University and a certificate in people management from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. She has more than twenty years of experience in people management, organizational development, and cultural transformation. She has spent much of her professional career at the Enel Group, where she has held positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of talent acquisition, organizational development, training, labor relations, and strategic people management.
She joined Chilectra, now Enel Distribución, in 2005 as a People Management Specialist, leading recruitment and selection processes, defining job profiles, and developing training programs for new employees. In 2008, he took on the role of Organizational Development Specialist at Enel Chile, where he was responsible for key initiatives related to workplace culture, performance management, and the implementation of flexible work models, including the Smartworking program.
From 2019 to April 2023, he served as Enel’s Human Resources Manager for the Generation business. During this period, he led one of the company’s most significant workforce transformation initiatives in Chile, coordinating the decarbonization and workforce transition of employees at the Bocamina Power Plant through internal employability programs, reskilling, upskilling, and internal mobility.
In May 2023, she was appointed Human Resources Manager at Enel X Chile, taking full responsibility for the business’s people strategy and management. In this role, she served as the company’s representative before labor authorities and labor unions, in addition to driving local and global projects focused on organizational transformation and talent development. Subsequently, in 2025, she was appointed Human Resources Manager for corporate, services, and retail divisions, a position from which she led people management while addressing the challenges of organizational evolution, efficiency, and skills development.
Since September 1, 2026, she has served as Manager of People and Organization at Enel Generación Chile.
