Pablo Jofré is a Civil Electrical Engineer from the Universidad de Chile and has developed his career in issues related to the regulation of the electricity market.
Since 2014 he has been a visiting professor at the Regulation and Chilean Energy Market Diploma at the Universidad de Santiago.
He joined Enel Distribución Chile in 2008, as a Specialist Engineer in Rate Regulation. In 2014 he became Head of the Tariff and Margin Studies Area, where he was in charge of the tariff processes and the analysis and regulatory impact on the company's operating margin. As of February 1st, 2021, he works as Regulation manager.
