Julio Pellegrini holds a Law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a Master of Laws (LLM) from The University of Chicago.
Mr. Pellegrini is a partner at Pellegrini & Cía., a Chilean law firm specializing in commercial litigation, arbitration, regulation and antitrust. Mr. Pellegrini serves as an arbitrator at the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce. In 2016, he became a member of Legal Circle of the Chilean Institute of Rational Business Administration (ICARE), a non-profit business association which promotes excellence in business. He has been a member of the Advisory Council of the Centro de Libre Competencia (Center for Free Competition) since 2012, an antitrust advisory committee of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where he has also taught civil law, antitrust and economic law courses since 2003.
Since 2011, he has been a board member of the Chilean Bar Association and Chairman of its Antitrust Commission.
