Ignacio Quiñones S., is director of Pehuenche S.A. and General Counsel of Enel Generación Chile S.A. since 2013, he is also director of HidroAysén and of other subsidiaries of Enel Generación Chile.
Between 2005 and 2013, he was Chilean General Counsel for Anglo American Chile Ltda., a mining company. Between 2004 and 2005, he was Head of the Legal Area in Gasoducto del Pacífico S.A., a natural gas transportation company. Between 1996 and 2004, he worked as a lawyer for Placer Dome Latin America, a mining company, and later as legal advisor to its subsidiary, Compañía Minera Zaldívar.
Between 1994 and 1996, he was a lawyer in Engineering and Construction Sigdo Koppers S.A., a Chilean assembly and construction industry company. Between 1989 and 1994, he began his career as a lawyer in Enel Distribución Chile.
Mr. Quiñones holds a law degree from the Diego Portales University (Santiago, Chile).
