- By the end of this year, JuicePump fast charging stations will be installed in 14 shopping centers from Antofagasta to Punta Arenas.

Santiago, 16 June 2022 - Enel X Way is working with the Espacio Urbano shopping center chain to install 14 fast charging points in its malls throughout Chile. Customers can already make use of a JuicePump charging point at Espacio Urbano Puente Alto+, the first to be installed in this district.
This project expands the coverage of fast charging stations in Santiago and the Metropolitan Region, reaching sectors where today there are no fast/charging stations such as Melipilla, Colina, San Miguel and Maipú. To decentralize access to this technology, fast charging stations will be installed in Antofagasta, Rancagua, Viña del Mar, Linares and Punta Arenas.

Enel X Way will install a 60 kW, multi-standard, JuicePump that is compatible with electric vehicles currently in the market and will have the capacity to charge two cars simultaneously. This high-speed, powerful technology is an essential last-mile solution for drivers of electric taxis and electric cars.

The free-to-download JuicePass application makes it is easy to interact with and pay using the smart charging platform and gives users total control of the charging experience. This model of 60kw charger can give a battery charge of 20% to 80% in 30 minutes or less depending on the car.
