Santiago, January 15, 2021. Today, January 15, in a joint effort between Enel Generación Chile SA and the National Inter-company Union of Civil Engineers and Professionals of Endesa, Subsidiaries and Other Related Companies (SIEP for its acronym in Spanish), we have reached an agreement immediately ending the legal strike that began last Tuesday, January 12 at 00:00hrs.
Our company has always supported open dialogue with this union and all union leaders of the company, allowing us to reach an agreement and end the strike.
Therefore, as of today, workers will normally resume their duties at the company.
