Enel Distribución appoints Mónica Hodor as the new general manager of the company

Santiago, March 26, 2025 - This afternoon, the Board of Directors of Enel Distribución unanimously appointed Mónica Hodor as the company's new general manager, starting on April 8.
Monica Hodor is a highly experienced executive with over 32 years of trajectory in the energy, retail, and engineering sectors. She joined Enel Group in 2011 and currently serves as director of Engineering and Development of Networks at Enel Grids, the line of business global of the Group dedicated to the management of the service of distribution of electricity at level worldwide, which supplies electricity via a network of approximately 1,9 million of kilometers to about of 69 million of end-users.
Between 2021 and 2023, she was Head of Infrastructure and Networks at Enel Romania, managing energy distribution companies and ensuring operations focused on the customer. Previously, from 2018 to 2020, she held the position of Director of Administration, Finance, and Control at Enel São Paulo (Brazil), and from 2015 to 2018, she was director of Planning and Control at Enel Global Infrastructure & Networks, overseeing the control financial and operational at several countries.
Additionally, he was a member of the Board of Directors of Enel Distribución Chile from 2016 to 2019 and November 2020 to April 2021.
Before joining Enel, she was CEO and CFO of Praktiker Romania (Metro Group) for nine years and head of Control and Administration at ENI Agip Romania for seven years.
Monica has a master's degree in Finances and Banking from the Academia de Estudios Económicos from Bucharest and a master's degree in aerospace engineering from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest.
