- The initiative, created in collaboration with SENCE, Fundación FORPE, World Vision, and OTIC Proforma, ended with a certification ceremony at the Metropolitan Hub of the Regional Government of Santiago.
Enel participated in the alliance that facilitated the implementation of Circular Economy courses in the communes of Lampa, Colina, Lo Barnechea, and Til Til. The initiative culminated with a graduation ceremony and diploma presentation for those who successfully completed their training.
The activity took place at the Metropolitan Hub of the Regional Government of Santiago and was attended by authorities and representatives from the collaborating institutions.
The training, conducted by the FORPE Chile Foundation under the SENCE Labor Scholarships program, benefited 49 people. It was sponsored by OTIC Proforma and carried out in partnership with World Vision and Enel. The courses, totaling 92 hours, were held in March and April 2026.
“This initiative reflects our commitment to the regions where we operate and carry out projects, incorporating one of the main pillars of our sustainability strategy: the circular economy. We believe that fostering learning through tools such as this course contributes to the development of new knowledge and skills, creating opportunities that can drive entrepreneurship and promote a culture of the circular economy in communities. We hope this experience has been a meaningful contribution for each of the participants, and as a company, we will continue to promote initiatives that generate shared value and contribute to sustainable development,” said Anda Capilnasiu, Head of Sustainability and Circular Economy at Enel X.
The certification ceremony also served to acknowledge the dedication and effort of those who completed the training. During the event, diplomas were presented to participants from the four communes, the trainers' work was recognized, and the organizations that supported this program, such as Enel, were highlighted for their partnership in initiatives focused on sustainability, employability, and local development.
