Federica Caponera graduated with honors from the University of Rome “Tor Vergata” in European and American Languages and Literature and holds a second-level master's degree in Human Resources Management, Development, and Organization.
She began her career at Enel in 2013. Over the years, she has held several positions within the People and Organization area, also getting involved abroad in Brazil and Argentina. She has worked as a People Partner in different areas of the company, including Enel Green Power, Enel Grids, Enel X, and Market. For over two years, she served as the executive assistant to the head of Enel Latin America, deepening her understanding of the business context and dynamics. Most recently, she was the Head of People Partner at Global Enel Grids.
Now, as of September 1, 2023, is Enel Generación Chile People and Organization Manager.
