William Fernando Espitia Otalora is a Systems Engineer from Universidad Manuela Beltrán, Colombia, and holds an MBA from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and an ILC Coach Certification.
He has broad international experience and leadership for Italy, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, and Peru in areas such as Planning & Control, Strategic Management, People & Organization Management, as well as knowledge of Technology Project Management, always maintaining a high level of interpersonal relations. Significant experience in organizational and control processes, people management, and knowledge of new information technologies as a basis for large multinationals' corporate strategy.
Mr. Espitia has been Enel Distribución Chile's People and Organization Manager since April 1, 2023.
