Rodrigo Maldonado is an Electrical Civil Engineer from the Federico Santa María Technical University and holds a Master's Degree in Business Management from the Adolfo Ibáñez University.
He joined the Enel Group in 2005 as a Planning and Studies Engineer, gaining experience in various areas of the Transmission and Distribution segments. He has led Engineering, Construction, and Technical and Economic Planning teams.
He has represented Enel in various capacities as an expert in Distribution Networks, notably participating in 2024 as a guest speaker for the World Bank at the Utilities Workshop in South Africa, where he addressed the topics of “Climate change and resilience” and “Improving performance through digitalization.”
In 2021, he assumed responsibility for the Network Analysis and Technical Planning area, and as of October 1, 2025, he has served as Regulation Manager at Enel Distribución.
