Leonel Sánchez is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Buenos Aires and an MBA from UCEMA. He has also completed executive programs in digital innovation, management, and auditing at institutions such as Digital House, IESE, and Bocconi University, and holds international certifications in internal auditing and risk management.
With more than 25 years of experience, he has developed a solid career at the Enel Group, specializing in auditing in Argentina, Brazil, and Spain, and later in Human Resources in Argentina, where he served as Head of People and Organization at Enel Argentina.
Since February 1, 2026, he has served as People and Organization Manager at Enel Chile.
