Carolina Henríquez Izquierdo has a degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance from Universidad Diego Portales and a Diploma in Generic Management Competencies from Universidad del Desarrollo.
She joined the Enel Group in 2000, in the Latam Procurement Department where she served, among other positions, as Head of the Procurement and Contracts Staff & Service Area and Head of the Back Office Area, in the latter providing support to the different areas of Procurement for the Business Lines of the Enel Group.
Since January 2015, she has been Head of the Contracting Area for the Construction and Maintenance of Enel Distribución Chile S.A.'s Networks, operation services and supply of materials.
In May 2025, she assumed the position of Purchasing Manager Enel Chile.
