Riccardo Tosi holds a Ph.D. in Management Engineering from the University of Bologna, Italy. He specializes in various topics related to engineering, management accounting, organization, strategy, energy management, and energy systems (power plants).
During his 20 years at Enel, he has held multiple positions within the company in Italy. He began his career in 2005 at Enel Distribuzione S.p.A. (now E-distribuzione S.p.A.) in Planning and Control. In 2008, he joined the Infrastructure and Networks Division, focusing on Planning and Control, Regulatory Analysis, and Energy Margin Control (Enel Distribuzione, now E-distribuzione). In 2014, he became Head of Management Analysis and Head of Planning, Reporting, and Analysis. He served as Head of Management Control until 2017, when he took on the role of Head of Budgets and Reporting. In 2018, he became Head of Planning and Control at Global Enel X, and in 2022, he transitioned to Head of Planning and Control in Global Energy and Commodities Management.
Currently, Mr. Riccardo Tosi serves as Head of Planning and Control at Enel Grids, overseeing innovation viability.
