Ludovica Maria Vittoria Parodi Borgia is an Italian lawyer who earned her law degree from the State University of Milan. She worked at international law firms in Italy and abroad before joining Enel in 2003. At Enel, she held various positions within the legal department, including roles with an international focus.
In 2023, she took on the role of General Counsel for Italy and previously served as president of e-distribuzione S.p.A. Currently, she is the Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs at Enel Grids, where she leads a team that manages complex legal matters.
Since 2018, Ludovica Maria Vittoria Parodi Borgia has also been an Executive Coach, having received certification from the International Coach Federation (ICF). Her coaching training has helped foster a collaborative and motivating work environment at Enel.
