Valentina de Cesare holds a degree in Civil Engineering and a Master's in Structural Engineering from the University of Rome "La Sapienza."
She began her career at the Enel Group in 2010 as a Civil Specialist in the Nuclear Technical Area. She later served as a Project Engineer at the Mochovce Nuclear Power Plant before returning to the Nuclear Technical Area as a Civil Specialist at Enel Ingegneria e Ricerca Spa. In 2015, she assumed the Project Engineer and Civil Specialist role in the hydroelectric design unit within Engineering and Construction at Enel Green Power.
From 2019 to 2020, she led the "Next Gen" Program, reporting directly to the Head of Global Energy Generation in Rome.
Currently, she is the Executive Assistant to the CEO of the Enel Group.
