Daniele Caprini holds a degree in Economics from the Università degli Studi di Siena and a Master's in Business Administration from the Roma Università LUISS.
He joined Enel in 2001 as a financial analyst at Enel Hydro, and then he worked as an internal auditor at Enel Distribuzione. After that, he worked in the area of planning and control for Iberia and Latin America. In February 2009, he became Head of Strategic Planning and Financial Assessment of Enel Green Power and then went on to become Head of Financial Assessment and Investment Control at Enel Holding until April 2016, when he became CFO of Enel Colombia.
Since April 2018, he has been in charge of the Planning and Control Department of Enel SpA.
