Marcela Arredondo Cárdenas has a degree in Civil Electrical Engineering from the Universidad de Chile and a Graduate Certificate in Planning and Financial Control, also from the Universidad de Chile.
She joined the Enel Group in 2010 as a Research Analyst within the Business Development department of Endesa Chile, later working for other group companies including Enel Green Power Chile and Enel Generación Chile, with a focus on strategic planning and renewable energies. She is currently the Risk Management and Strategy Manager within the Energy and Commodity Management department of Enel Generación Chile.
She has extensive experience in energy planning and risk management. She also has experience participating in multicultural work teams, with outstanding communication and motivation skills.
