Shareholdings and Share Transactions by Directors and Management Team (Sections 12, 17, and 20 of the Securities Market Law)

This section is intended to comply with the requirements set forth in the Order Granting Directors and Officers of Certain Foreign Private Issuers an Exemption from the Filing Requirements of Section 16(a) of the Exchange Act, issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission, in connection with the reporting obligations imposed on the directors and principal executive officers of Enel Chile pursuant to Articles 12, 17, and 20 of the Chilean Securities Market Law (Law No. 18,045) and General Rules Nos. 269 and 277 issued by the Financial Market Commission.
